REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee is 220 € and includes conference access, coffee breaks and a conference dinner on Wednesday 20 June.

A moment of relaxation is planned the afternoon of Wednesday, June 20, several activities will be proposed soon. The cost of these activities will be paid directly on site

ACCOMODATION

The cost of accommodation is 90 € per day (full board),  360 € from Monday to Friday. You will pay your bill, on site, directly to Azureva.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payments must be made in advance and in Euro (€), using one of the following payment methods :

  • On-line payment (preferred method) : all credit cards are accepted except American Express (the transaction costs are too high). Participants who have chosen this payment method will be redirected to a secure online payment site after completing the registration form.

  • Bank transfert : You can do a bank transfert to the bank account of the conference.

    "BW-MUSE/C2018UPSPC13 + first and last names' on their transfer orders.
    ⚠     Your registration will be validated once the payment has been made. You will then receive a mail of confirmation.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Accomodation : The price for accompanying persons is 79 € per day (meals included).

Social Events : Accompanying persons are welcome to attend registration for social events associated with the conference only.

  • Conférence Dinner  : 50 €
